The influence of the Stress on the Fat Storing Cell of Liver in Rabbit.

Abstract
According to microscopic observation carried out on the liver of 29 rabbits, 10 normal control and 19 experimental animal groups receiving stress as the ligation of renal arteries after laparotomy, the fat storing cells are located within the sinusoidal wall being seperated by reticular fibers from the sinusoidal lumen.
The fat storing cells appearing in the normal liver contain many, small, closely packed fat droplets blackened by osmic acid.
After receiving stress as noted above, most of the fat storing cells containing cells containing fat droplets are abruptly decreased until 1 hour after operation.
Some of the fat storing cells containing droplets either number or size were remained until 5 hours after operation, and at the time 10 hours after operation, none of fat droplets within fat storing cells were observed.
It suggest that stress has much to do with disappearing of fat storing cell in the liver.
